Please use the following link to download a small file on the customer's system and on double clicking, this file will automatically remove the Upper & Lower Filters from the windows registery. (Saves a lot of time!!).

Scroll down a bit and you will find a download link that says; "Download guided help", just click on it and save the file on the desktop and double click to run the utility. It's fast easy and safe.
